The sauce - Dangerous Dan's Sauce - is how it all got started.

For years, Dan Evans held an annual pig roast for his friends and neighbors around Cornwall.

The event became famous not only because it was fun but because the smoked meat with Dan's

special sauce was delicious.   In 2007, we started marketing Dangerous Dan's Barbeque Sauce

and selling it locally.  It was a hit.  So we decided to have a restaurant to showcase it.

We still bottle the sauce and have plenty for you to take home.  Our fans tell us it is good on anything

from tofu to hamburgers to a base for Bloody Marys.  You can ask Dan about the label.
